Return Policy

All sales are final. All delivery dates are given as estimates and may very depending on suppliers’ inventory. No refunds. Store credit given for any and all cancelled orders. Damaged goods will be replaced with new part or item at discretion of Rooms Xpress. Repair time based on delivery from originating supplier. All cancellations are subject to a 20% service fee of subtotal. Damaged goods must be noted at time of delivery or within 72 hours if picked up. No damages will be repaired where there is a signed receipt. Layaway deposits will be forfeited if customer is more than 60 days late. All customer pickups must have yellow receipt at time of pickup. Pick up items will not be assembled.
